Ingredients
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 2 cans green beans
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans carrotts
- 2 cans potatoes
- salt and pepper
- crackers (optional)
- Drain all veggies except for tomatoes. Combine all ingredients in a big pot.
- Cook until hot on high, then simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add water if dry.
- Can add beef for vegetable beef soup.
