Ingredients:
- 2 cups apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. pork rub
- 1/2 esp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 (6 to 8 pound) pork butt
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Using a syringe, fill with mixture and insert into the pork butt.
- Make sure this is done before you rub or smoke your pork butts.

Ingredients:
- 4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/3 cup garlic salt
- 1/3 cup salt
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
- Stir together ingredients in a large bowl. Rub completely over the pork butt.
- Make sure all sides are covered with rub.
- Smoke pork butt until done. This depends on your smoker.
Ingredients
- 4 lbs. beef round steak
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 12 oz. can of beer
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 bottle of BBQ sauce
- Trim excess fat from steak and cut into chunks.
- Place in preheated slow cooker on high. Reduce to low.
- Stir to brown meat. Add remaining ingredients.
- Cook covered for 8 to 10 hours. Drain and shred.
- Replace meat and stir until well-covered with favorite bottled BBQ sauce.
- Serve on Hamburger buns or on a plate.
