Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 cup rotini pasta uncooked
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta, cut into 1/2 in. chunks
- Brown meat in a large skillet.
- Drain meat.
- Add water, ketchup, onion powder, and mustard.
- Bring to a boil and stir in pasta.
- Reduce heat to medium low, cover with lid and let simmer 10 min.
- Add cheese, stir until melted.
