Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar olives, chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can chopped mushrooms
  • 2 c. shredded Italian-blend cheeses
  1. Cook package of spaghetti per directions on package. Drain.
  2. Saute onion and green pepper until clear in a small amount of oil. Add ground beef and fry until brown.
  3. Combine next eight ingredients then add to ground beef mixture. 
  4. Grate the cheese and set side. Place layer of spaghetti in greased baking dish, then layer of meat mixture, layer of chopped mushrooms and layer of cheese. Repeat until all is used. 
  5. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350 oven or until hot and cheese is melted.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oi
  • 4 beef tenderloin steaks
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 large shallots, minced
  • 1 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add steaks, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook steaks until of desired doneness, turning once. Remove steaks from skillet, cover to keep warm. 
  2. Add butter and shallots to skillet; cook and stir until shallots are tender. Add mushrooms and wine; cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add roth, cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over steaks.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Dash garlic powder
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 tbsp. shortening melted
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms, slivered 1/4 in. thick
  1. Heat deep fryer to 375.
  2. Combine flour, cheese, salt, and garlic powder in medium bowl.
  3. Stir in water, melted shortening, and egg. Beat until smooth.
  4. Dip mushrooms in batter. Drain off excess.
  5. Fry a few mushrooms for 3 min or until golden brown. Turn as needed for even browning.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Salt lightly.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sliced medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar rich mushroom gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce

  1. In a large skillet, cook onion in melted butter until tender. Remove onion from skillet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef and egg; mix well.
  3. Form meat mixture into 4 to 6 oval patties until browned on both sides; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in gravy, ketchup, and soy sauce; return onions to skillet. 
  5. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until patties are done.
