Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless or bone-in chicken breasts
- Corn Flakes
- Parmessan Chesse
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine flakes, cheese, red pepper, salt, and pepper all in one bowl.
- Beat eggs, then roll chicken in them.
- Roll in flake mixture.
- Bake in baking dish for 35-40 min. for boneless, 55 min for bone-in.
