Ingredients
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 2 cans corn
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans carrotts
  • 2 cans potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • crackers (optional)
  1. Drain all veggies except for tomatoes. Combine all ingredients in a big pot.
  2. Cook until hot on high, then simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add water if dry.
  3. Can add beef for vegetable beef soup.
