Ingredients:
- 1 lb. potatoes, peeled
- 1 tbsp. butter melted
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tbsp. dill weed or basil
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- Line baking sheet with foil. Heat to 375.
- Combine herbs, butter, and oil in a ziploc bag.
- Cut peeled potatoes into wedges.
- Place in bag until well coated.
- Place on baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake 45-55 minutes or until brown.
