Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- onion rolls (buns)
- 2 cups flour
- 3 eggs, beat
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup Texas Pete Hot Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 slices American Cheese
- basil and oregano for taste
- onions, sliced
- Ranch dressing
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Roll chicken in egg then flour, then repeat to well coat.
- Fry in oil until golden brown about 20 minutes.
- Place hot sauce, butter, and basil/oregano in small pot. Heat and stir.
- After chicken is ready, roll fried chicken in hot sauce mixture.
- Place on toasted onion roll and top with cheese,onion, and ranch.
