- 1 lb. hamburger meat in patties
- 1 tsp. blackening seasoning
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese slices
- 4 pieces leafy lettuce
- 4 onion slices
- 1 tbsp. creole mayo
- Sprinkle both sides of hamburger patties with blackened seasoning.
- Grill as desired.
- Put pepper jack cheese on burger.
- Garnish with creole mayo, lettuce, and onion.
- Serve with fries, beans, or fries.

- 1/2 lemon juiced
- Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and refrigerate.
