Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup small cured cottage cheese
- 1 10 oz. diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 6 10 in. flour tortillas
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. tomatoes chopped
- 1 can Enchilada Sauce
- Heat oven to 350.
- Cook beef and onion together-drain.
- Mix in cottage cheese.
- Take diced tomatoes and chillies, sauce mix together.
- Spoon in tortillas.
- Top with chopped tomatoes and cheese.
- Roll, put into greased pan.
- Sprinkle rest of tomatoes and cheese.
- Bake 20 min.
