Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • onion rolls (buns)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs, beat
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 cup Texas Pete Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • basil and oregano for taste
  • onions, sliced
  • Ranch dressing
  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Roll chicken in egg then flour, then repeat to well coat.
  3. Fry in oil until golden brown about 20 minutes.
  4. Place hot sauce, butter, and basil/oregano in small pot. Heat and stir.
  5. After chicken is ready, roll fried chicken in hot sauce mixture.
  6. Place on toasted onion roll and top with cheese,onion, and ranch.
