Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
- 3 ripe bananas
- Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and blend well.
- Sift together flour, soda, and salt.
- Blend dry ingredients into creamed mixture with 3 large ripe mashed bananas.
- Add nuts and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake approximately 45 minutes in 325 oven until browned on top.
