Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 2 inch cubes
- 1 large green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
- 2 medium onions, quartered.
- Kabob skewers
- Saute chopped onion in vegetable oil. Remove from heat. Stir in mustard, worchestershire, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Pour marinade over steak, green pepper, tomatoes, onions. Cover and refrigerate overnight in refrigerator.
- Remove meat and vegetables from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
- Grill 5 minutes on each side over medium coals or untl as done as desired. Brush frequently with marinade. Serves 4.
