Ingredient
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken, mix well. Rub mixture on chicken breast halves. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.
- When ready to grill, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning once.
