Robert Ogle

  • 1 tub sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 jar chopped green olives with pimento
  • 2 8oz. blocks of cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. chopped pecans
  1. Combine all ingredients and roll into 2  medium sized balls. 
  2. Roll balls in the chopped pecans until covered.
  3. Serve cold with choice of cracker.

    This is very similar to mine but I don't add the olives. It's so good. I don't make it often because I eat it all. :)
