Ingredients:
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 tbsp. vineagar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  1. Heat all ingredients to boiling.
  2. Use on poultry, pork, or beef.
