Robert Ogle

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  1. Combine first six ingredients. Mix thoroughly. 
  2. Remove meat from the chicken breasts. Cut across the grain into 1/2 inch strips. Sprinkle with salt and dip into batter. Fry in deep hot oil until done and golden brown.
