Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk or evaporated milk
- 1/2 margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
- Combine cocoa, milk, sugar, and margarine.
- Bring to a boil till sugar dissolves.
- Stir in rest of the ingredients off of heat.
- Drop by spoonful onto wax paper to form.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 36 milk chocolate kisses, unwrapped
- Combine first 3 ingredients; shape into 3/4 inch balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 10 minutes.
- Immediately press a chocolate kiss in center of each cookie: remove and cool on piece of wax paper.
Ingredients:
- 3 6oz. white chocolate baking squares
- 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 cups coarsely crushed oreos or any other type of chocolate sandwich cookie.
- In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt white chocolate squares, sweetened milk, and salt. Remove from heat.
- Stir in crushed cookies. Making sure that cookies are not too ground or fudge will be grainy.
- Spread evenly into wax papered lined 8 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Peel off paper and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 1 large bag of double-stuft oreos
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsp. of oil
- 1 tbsp. confection sugar
- Preheat deep fryer to 375. Combine pancake mix, milk, eggs, and oil.
- Mix until there are no lumps. Dip oreos into batter, making sure both sides are covered and put the oreos into the deep fryer.
- The cookie will float. Make sure you flip the cookie so both sides are golden brown.
- The cookie will cook fast so watch them carefully.
- Take out of fryer when both sides brown. Sprinkle with confection sugar and serve hot. Makes 54 oreos.

- 3/4 cup hersey's cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 cup butter, softened (2 1/2 sticks)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 2/3 cups peanut butter chips
- Heat oven to 350. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
- Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 9 min. Cool slightly.
